Dear Mrs. Bulloch

I am writing to you because I need some help. I would like to have a minimum of two parents (from the classroom or the school) to do an inventory of all the computers (except the office) available in the school for student use. (Mrs. O’Kane -from our classroom might be interested)

In that inventory, I would like to know:

1. The physical place of the computer (library, classroom number, lab, ect.).
2. The type of computer (name, number, ect.).
3. The computers that are working well or not working.
4. The size of the hard drive and the empty hard space on the newer computers.
5. The software available on each computer or group of computers.
6. Find out about the software we have;

how many copies we have of each program and their location.

7. How many computer have access to the Internet.
1. Where are the Internet outlet.
