We worked on the following:

1. Welcome of new members, reviewed newly received information
2. Looked at last year recommendations.
3. Looked at CBE’s Plan and Banff Trail Plan, 97-98.
4. Prepared goals for this year.
5. Brainstormed projects, new ideas.
6. Action Plan for everyone.

Summary of goals for 1997-98

1. Involve parents in many ways (clubs, lunch hour sessions, etc.)
2. Find out what teachers know and what they need to know (questionnaire).
3. Get all teachers an e-mail account and help them learn how to use it.
4. Provide help and solutions to the teachers regarding technology integration (application).
5. "Pair up" our teachers with those of another school to share knowledge, ideas, projects, etc..
6. Update our network by purchasing a hub with ethernet cards
