Tips under construction Working in groups online has the potential to be really difficult. It is not an easy task. Communication is at its bare bone. Decoding the message that someone is sending you or even sending one, takes completely new dimensions. No visual clues are present to help you understand the message. Misinterpretation is at a high point. How do you convey emotions or intuition or ‘flash’ in an online situation? Even if you smile, laugh, are surprised or annoyed, who will see and understand your moods? In a face-to face situation it’s somewhat easier to convey feelings and communicating non-verbal message.
